NTE's customer app, "My Energy Home," is a mobile application that displays electricity costs, consumption, electricity prices, and solar production from solar panels.

When I joined the team, the project had been running for 2 years without a designer. I took charge of maintaining and enhancing existing features of the app. Significant improvements were made in universal design, user experience, and graphic design throughout the application.

Within a month of implementing the initial changes, the customer base increased by 30%, and the overall rating on the Apple Store improved by 1 star.

Towards the end of my engagement, we explored new business ideas and innovations, and I also implemented a "dark mode" for the application.

The client recognized the value of design, and when I left EVRY, NTE made the decision to hire a permanent designer.
