I have been a driving force in bringing D-Guarantee to the market, from helping them form their initial idea, to a fully developed product. By researching the competitive market and user preferences, I designed an intuitive and user-friendly platform unlike anything else in the market.
The product is disrupting the dynamics of the rental deposit market, making it simpler and safer for both tenants and landlords to establish a financial relationship. The product was launched in June 2020, with the aim of acquiring 2000 customers in the pilot phase.
Working closely with developers, I collaborated in an agile project team to establish the speed needed to meet the customer's aggressive timeline.
Key activities in the project included competitor analysis, synthesizing research and insights, defining opportunities and market sizing, building prototypes and concepts, and fostering customer understanding of design and development.
